Not enough follow up with emails from where your tax’s stand. Plus it says deposit but no follow up. Faster the. The irs but still leaves you lost as to what and when your stuff will be deposited. Nice that it notified me of the accepts of my state and federal just no date as to when I will get my money.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

They do a decent job of how well they integrate the State and Federal returns. Could use a slight improvement there.

This software is somewhat incomplete. Forms have to be filled in manually and it only tells you about it in the final error check stage. Also, there are hidden charges for e-filing with the state even when the state charges nothing for this service. It works and its easier than doing things manually, but you still have to get into the weeds quite a bit.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

This is the first time I use H&R Block. It is very good. It is user friendly and answer the questions when I have. It really makes my life much easier. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

This is the second time when using h&r block software that when I did an update it totally lost my taxes and I had to redo. Nothing is more disappointing than doing your taxes twice.
