The software forces one to pay their tax with a credit card for a fee with no option to enter one’s ABA and bank account number.

I used to be able to get everything I needed from one program. Now, I have to purchase an upgraded program at a higher price because they have taken some of the parts I needed away from the program and made me pay more for it.

The accuracy review expects me to know exactly what to fill in. I expect the software I paid for to do that. There were issues including blank boxes with missing values which makes me question the job the software did on my return.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
