Software takes some time to fully understand, had issues with my spouse's SSN/NAME that I was unable to resolve and ultimately had to print and send. Unsure how the state taxes got paid... I wish the system would be more self explanatory and for a more extensive Q/A

I try to buy H&R Premium every tax season since I have Rental Income . It a great tool for processing taxes
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

When I ready to e file FED, it said I have exceed the maximum numbers of e filing!
Pros: Easy to import documents
