I have faithfully used your software for 10+ years, and love the features, but you have 2 bugs that happen EVERY YEAR:
- Federal updates don’t correctly apply - end up having to fetch the downloadable package version
- Purchase Premium+State version, but it tries to make me pay for the State download when the transfer to Federal happens

GET THESE FIXED OR I’M SWITCHING TO TURBOTAX !!!!

I have used H&R Block for many years now. And never had any issues. For reasons unknown, I was unable to get the Federal taxes to get accepted. I was very disappointed with the process of mailing my taxes thru the mail. I paid for the Federal taxes to be filed, but did get the service.

The software does the basic stuff well enough, but is difficult to navigate. There is no internal search function so finding things requires more effort than it should. Information about AMT and QBI is unhelpful. The print to PDF function is broken and has been for two years. The Hawaii form for underpayment penalty is not included in the program, which is annoying. The way interest and dividend income that is from US government sources needs to be entered as a percentage is silly.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
