I generally like the software, however every year I have trouble getting through filing my 1099 Misc. It is tedious to be able to deduct mortgage interest from a rental income.

I had difficulty downloading onto a new PC with Windows 11. I can't use any of my 2023 tax cut files. I don't know if solely a Windows 11 problem.Could be some HRBlock software issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have bought this program for the last 30 years and have never had the issues I had this year. It would not down load and when it did it wouldn’t up date. Called support and after down loading 3 different programs it finally worked. Will think twice before using this again.

Have been using the app for many years. Every time I purchase the next version, it asks for a coupon code and often references coupon for previous purchases. Haven't see a previous user discount coupon in several years. Why ask for a coupon if you don't issue them? Otherwise, the app is pretty easy to use. Some of the "errors" become a challenge to clear and some "information" notices (not problems but something you should review) can cause frustration to clear so you can advance to actually filing your taxes.
