Not as user friendly as Turbo Tax but cheaper.

Been using the software for 10+ years. Satisfied for the most part. Very frustrated that the premium software does not handle publicly traded partnerships. Many people have these and you should really fix this issue. Also, frustrated that you can't print the 1040 while working on the return without having to print 5 or 6 pages. Often, I just want to print one page. You should really fix this issue as well.

extremely unhappy. I had continual download problems throughout. t I purchased in March and just finished taxes the other day due to continual download issues. could never get help when i clicked on help it would say i was not online when I was online. you need to make software where it will work with all internet services. I will look elsewhere for next year way too big of problem

I really like the thoroughness of the software and use it every year. Importing last year's data saves time. I also import data from my Fidelity account to save time with those transactions. I use most of the schedules along with itemizing and have no problem going back and forth to each section when I get the data.

For the most part, it went well. I still wonder why getting the Foreign Tax credit is so difficult. At least the premium version takes me to Form 1116, but does little to navigate me through the process. Also, I was pleased to see that I could load the Schwab forms directly into the sosftware, but only because my adult son had done it before (I didn't see any H&R Block guidance or help in how to do it).

missin definitions and no place to get answers

problems with using the [back] key didn't know/guess where it was going.
Mass state tax form non-mass bank interest is it [non-mass] bank interest or [non-mass bank] interest ? no help/hope. what is a mass bank ? bank of america with branches in Ma yes or no ? no help any place.
Double sided printer - defaults to double sided. Does print to file copy need to be single side or can it be double sided ? Software does not control printer (can't) and it does not tell me what I should do.
Cons: Hard to prepare
