Software (Federal, my home state, and a non-resident state's returns) were pretty intuitive and fairly easy to use. Only issue was trying to e-file WV taxes. Kept getting rejected saying they couldn't open my Federal section - this after both Federal and my home state's returns were accepted. Wound up mailing all that other state's returns Haven't heard anything back yet, so fingers crossed.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Poor updates each year with regards to the process. Poorly executed Flow during use. Inability to download stock transactions including no feedback as to why it won't work unless you call and eventually get support to find someone who knows.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
