This is my preferred software. However this year I struggled since the movement was not intuitive. Rental property was not clear. Help questions did not help. And I was not able to print a paper copy.
Cons: Hard to prepare

It would be helpful if the system provided additional or more enhanced explanations or guidance around the questions. For instance, determining dependent status was not as helpful as the slightly more detailed info I found via outside research. Additionally, and very alarming, the final instruction page tells users to insert SS# on checks submitted for payment. That is a terrible practice that no one should put their social security security number on checks that will be seen outside the SSA.
