Help needs a lot of work

I used Block 5 years ago and was impressed with the help and tutorials. Since then I have used accountants and Turbotax. I switched back to Block this year and was disappointed in how difficult it was to navigate to specific areas and topics . I attempted to contact the help center and was directed to a call back process. The call back never happened. Thasks for the no help. I will switch back to turbotax next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HR Block for a decade or so. Always up to date and fairly easy to use. The interview format works well for those that want to do it themselves and reference materials are available if you have questions. I have used it for my self-employed business and for a sale of a rental. If you have more complex items, it is always a challenge, but I have been very satisfied. If you like doing it yourself, this is the way to go.
