Can’t change aga for spouse try to call talk to 2 different people got nowhere and was disconnected both times on hold again

It’s thorough and accurate (as far as I can tell), but it’s clunky having to navigate through entire sections just to double check or change one entry.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

It works well for Federal 1040’s but not better than other systems. Also, navigation is not very easy/clear with the state 1040.

Bought software to discover (after completing my federal and one state return) that software does NOT support nonresident returns for Hawaii.called support and was promised a call back from supervisor within a week. The call never came.

Been using this software for the past several years: 100% satisfied. Easy to load and use. Tax preparation was always a challenge for me. Never using this program.
