Federal good with one flaw. Mich State problems

I've been using H&R Block tax software for many years. Schedule A deductions for medical expenses needs improvement. It needs to have complete categories for every possibility - home improvements, medical devices, in-home aides. The Michigan State software is confusing on Schedule 1 subtractions from income. I expect I'll continue to use H&R Block.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Updating the software on a Mac was not easy, I had to get into system settings and turn off some security settings in order for the software to update and let me e-file.

I am glad I stuck with H&R block program this year...It went pretty smoothly . .. If I recall , they made some awful negative changes to last years program and was hesitant to use block for this years taxes. Thank you Block for going back to better format .

Your software can't be used in Windows 11 for the last three years, and I had to pull out an old computer with Windows 10 in order to do my taxes. Also, in one of the taxes I did this year for my daughter, your software was unable to add the income lines for a disabled person with no W2 income.
