some things make no sense, navigating is not great

The program claimed I had made an excess contribution to my SEP although it computed an amount that was a lot more than my total contributions. I couldn't figure this out and I'm a CPA. What do you do in this case, very frustrating.
It is difficult to tell where the problem actually is in the errors.

I purchased this software after my CPA procrastinated yet again, and made me wait until the last minute to file an extension. Not to mention the mistakes he has made in the past. He's probably do a better job if he used this software!
