I am very happy with the software, except for one improvement I'd like to see: I receive both Social Security and its Canadian equivalent, Canada Pension. But the software doesn't give me a place to enter the Canada Pension information. Even a second form 1099-SSA would be okay.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The federal return feature meets all my expectations but the Arizona return falls short to the point that it is useless to many users. It fails to provide e-file capability for all of us who take full advantage of the state tax credit program that allows us to direct where our tax money goes with regard to charitable organizations. Donating to foster care organizations or to the overflow feature of school tuitions organizations forces us to make a paper return. My charity says they have tried for 5 years to get HRB to correct this shortcoming. I'll be looking at TurboTax based on the charity's recommendation.
