The interview questions are very helpful with making sure all key items are hit. I think a feature should be added to avoid the interview and just work from the forms.

Have been using Block for several years. This version, my state Dept of revenue address was incorrect in the program. Resulted in my mailed in taxes being returned undeliverable. Cost me postage again to resend.

I’m confident my taxes were done correctly. Would have appreciated more help on K-1s (made me research and try to find similar lines to input) and kids college education costs (what if’s on taking as dependent). More effort needed than I expected

This software is easy to use if you know how to answer the tax questions. This is great for the individual with limited income sources and expenses. I am a CPA and find this software tedious at times when it asks the same questions over and over. Depreciation of assets is not correctly done by the software and options for type of asset needs to be updated and include more options. There are state issues when entering K-1 or rental info because it doesn't track depreciation for the state separately.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
