I am still not happy with what happened last year or your response with filing issues. I have too many years vested with your software and carryover passive losses to change providers. But I did take a hard look.

I have used the program for several years and it continues to improve. It retrieves information from the previous year on your computer, and also will retrieve the tax information from your broker and put the information where it's needed. Once you have all your information in hand, it leads you from start to finish. And the planning section has improved also, much simpler to figure an estimate of your next year's tax bill and determine how much you need to add and to do estimated payments, etc.
The biggest complaint I had this year was in the printing of the return(s)....they printed so big that the returns didn't fit on the pages and it took some fiddling to find the way to reduce the size of the print-out to fit the printer paper, so I wasted alot of sheets. I set the print for 97% and then it worked fine. The printer set-up page might be improved some to make the choices more obvious.
