I dont know if it is a glitch in your software or the IRS but they rejected my return because the AGI did not match up even though I have been using HR Block for years. I checked it and it was correct but still rejected twice.

The program was fine. Didn’t like that I couldn’t complete the estimated payments until after the return was filed and accepted. Was unnecessary to have to wait. Also didn’t like how the Michigan estimates were buried and having to go to forms to print them.
Cons: Time consuming

I am extremely disappointed that the software no longer supports form 1116, foreign tax credit. I forfeited $313 of credit so that I could e-file. In this moment of government turmoil, there is no way I was going to paper file my return.
In addition, it does not support calculating the underpayment penalty in the Massachusetts return. So again, I forfeited $11 so that I could e-file.

It's not as intuitive to navigate from form to form as it should be and bringing up partial screens to update a field is dumb. Make it open full screen automatically. Also, if you need federal forms to go with your state return, they should be part of the printing automatically. So in general, make it more user friendly.
Cons: Hard to prepare
