definitely disappointed with the software...waste of money since I still have to file paperwork since your software does not have forms required or able to process a form with "inconsistency" (i.e. cannot e-file with more than two care providers if one of them is your employer" stated in accuracy check)

I purchased the Premium version in early January and was unable to complete my taxes until February 14th due to waiting for ongoing H & R updates with the standard mileage section for my business.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

I've been using this software for 20+ years. I am a fan but one improvement is needed.
It is too difficult to send a.copy of.completed returns to people. This process should be more.prominently displayed. I find it to be hidden away rather than obviously available.
