Software said it had no updates, but definitely needed them. The previous year any problems the software found you could edit once it showed them to you. Now it just shows you the problem and freezes or stays static so you have to delete the form and start over. Major inconvenience for quality of life improvements for something you have to pay a premium for.

I thought this was fairly easy to use and quickly navigated my taxes. Ended up needing to pay a bunching Federal Taxes and still need to figure out the withholding amounts. N

It's easy to use, asks the right questions, and files my returns reliably. Best of all -- unlike that other provider, it just works without loading me down with expensive options. Took off a star simply because _all_ the tax prep companies lobby for complex tax codes to keep themselves in business.
