Regarding the Download product: some of the questions and explanations are really convoluted. And You should be able to get help from the help topic without being connected to the internet (which is a disadvantage compared to your competitors). Overall it needs to be more used friendly.

Been using this product for years and generally very satisfied. This year there were several instances where the program did not provide the forms needed nor the support to complete the forms.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The only thing I have been disappointed about was when my computer crashed after 2023 tax year I was not able to retrieve my info luckily I had printed it out. I went to your website and it acted like I was a new customer.
