I have been with you a few years now and there is one thing that really bothers me. Each year I receive a small oil and gas royalty. This year it was smaller than the cost of upgrading to the premier program. Perhaps you can include a Schedule E form for simple royalties like mine in your deluxe version.

I reached out to chat support and they were no help at all.
I also had an issue putting in mileage for a door dash. When I would go thru to review it would readd the vehicle. It wasn’t until I notice the form had 4 vehicles listed instead of 2 that I figured out the issue

This still gave me enough time to file the four returns I do every year. The software could use a little more intuitive interface between tax rules and understanding by user, say an auto pop up box with explanations.
