Very hard to use compared to turbo tax (what I've used for years). It was extremely hard to see what I'd already worked on and impossible to get an overall detailed summary.
Cons: Hard to prepare

The platform is barely tolerable to anyone with a basic understanding of IT and it continues to amaze me how this keeps getting peddled, their IT department must be buried in cave trying to dig out with scraps. I just pick which one of your lackluster competitors sucks less yearly so I don't have to file them myself.
