Got a download with an issue

I bought the software in October. Started using it today. Downloaded the updates. The version of the app had a hiccup and wouldn’t accept the update. I spent about an hour with an agent trying to fix the problem. In the end she sent me a new program that she talked me through to get my return filed. I’ve used your product for several years.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a good or better than TurboTax once you use it one time. However, for filers with an IRS pin number, there needs to be a better heads up to get this year's IRS pin number from the IRS website since they change it every year. Otherwise the Federal return bounces. Also, could be confusion over the software's pin number and the IRS pin number.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
