Continuing to use H&R Block Tax Software.. Not having any significant issues, it is easy to use, seems to cover all our needs at a reasonable cost. I did have a slight issue when trying to locate/removed a misc income entry after an update…The entry was listed in overview, yet it took a lot of effort to find where it was to update (seemingly minor bug?)

I have been using the product for several years, and there is always a learning curve, and some trial and error each year. The search engine is pretty narrow. It seems you have to use an exact title of what you are looking for. I had trouble re-locating the spot in the interview for including the PIN that the IRS sent to me.
Also, I made a suggestion about what info could be downloaded from previous years. While some of my income sources were dowloaded for edit, not my 1099-nec and 1099-misc. I have several of these each year and they are from the same sources.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
