the software was easy to use and I have used there softeare now for six years now. IT HAS GOTTON ME RETURNS BACK IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS. Vary happy with this software.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Program populated wrong activation code when I tried to file. I rechecked the original message and the activation code was the same, incorrect one. Had to contact an agent and was finally given the correct code. Program also populated wrong previous year AGI. Took me over an hour just to do the filing step.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
