Good, but not necessarily for complex taxes

I've been using your tax software for about a decade. It's largely intuitive, easy to use, and accurate, but as my taxes have become more and more complex there are areas where I am challenged to find the right information. This year that caused me to have to refile, adding a 1040-x into the mix. Nevertheless, that process was quite straightforward too, hence not so bad. All-in-all it's good but not awesome.

I've been using Block software for years. I like the way the program flows, especially the "Take me to..." option. I have never had a problem with the software - I did have problems with TurboTax the one time I tried it.
