I am a Contractor, it was not obvious where my materials costs where entered. When I went to the online chat, the person was no help, they directed me to the help section which ran me right back around and left me nowhere. I made a phone call to a person not affilated with the company at all, and in 30 seonds they were able to direct me to what I was missing. Other than feeling like someone who does my type of work was an after thought to the software, it still worked out ok.
