My family and I have used H&R Block software for many years and have been very pleased with it. The cost, ease of use, and the fact that we can e-file up to 5 returns (including state) is fantastic.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The H&R Block Software was fairly easy to use. It guided me through the process in an orderly manner. There was one point in my tax preparation that I wished the software had had a bit more instruction or a follow-up question to help me. However, I did find my way through the software to successfully complete my tax return. I feel confident the software prepared my tax return in a correct manner. Thanks

I have uses hrblock software for many years. I purchased a new computer and the software would not transfer over to the new computer. I had to purchase each software again. That is why I gave it 4 stars.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
