Touble backtracking

I have had a terrible time trying to change and look at what I've done and whether the information is in there twice or not at all. I've always loved this product but it hasn't worked for me this year.
Pros: Easy to install, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

It is absolutely ridiculous that you can't e-file a state return (which you say is mandated in NY) without first e-filing a federal return. Additionally disappointing that the software is unable to help with Self Employed health insurance deduction under certain circumstances, leaving the customer to deal with an unfathomable federal instruction book.

I use Taxcut every year and I find it to be the best product for preparing my taxes. Sometimes it is hard to navigate back to certain/specific pages, I think it could be just slightly more user friendly in that regard, but I have no real complaints and plan to continue using this product.
