HRB is affordable. I continue to buy Premium because my rental and Schedule C history carries forward. A more detailed menu would be useful so that it’s not necessary to navigate through many screens to find a specific entry for a form. I would appreciate a direct line for support, to avoid a lengthy telephone menu.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've used HRBlock for years and mostly it does the job with a few issues. This year unable to e-file as software wouldnt allow more than 1 copy of 8938 forms.
