Efile feature didn't work and left me scrambling

I have used h&r block for 15 years. It has its issues but is typically reliable. This year when it came to file my return the efile feature would not work. It just kept telling I had no more efiles remaining. In a scramble I had to print off my returns and mail them in. I do tax prep for a small group of people. Needless to say I will be changing to a new tax prep software next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verified Purchase:Yes
I owed a amount in state tax return. I followed to fill the bank information for withdrawing this amount from my bank account. However state only use the bank information for deposit and do not do withdraw. Thus state gave a unpaied penalty.
