Updating the program does not happen except right after a restart. The last 2 years I have had to call to get the state program I had already paid for. I am asked to pay again by the program. Things were better several years

Good to work with but delays are bad

The features are good but if you’re not able to submit your your taxes when you’ve entered everything it makes the difficult to to keep using.
