One of the great benefits comes in the second year and forward, when the system self-populates many of the reoccurring fields, such as names, addresses, and account numbers, from prior year's returns. Saves a lot of data entry time.

I've been using H&R Block's software to do my own taxes for years. It seems like they're a little more glitchy with each passing year, so I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. There's a form for the rental properties called "Safe Harbor". I entered 3 properties but only one of them prints on the form. It doesn't seem to have been a problem, e-filed without any issues and nothing back from either State or IRS, but it does seem like this isn't completely 100% correct.
My second reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've completely lost faith in the privacy of my information. They're selling it for sure, and we're powerless to do anything about it. IMO if they're making money selling our information, perhaps they should provide the software free of charge instead of double dipping. Actually, they have NO BUSINESS selling our information and I hope our government idiots eventually quit trying to sue each other and get around to locking down on our privacy.
Rant over, sorry...

We've used this for years, but it failed us this year. They skipped one EV form and delayed another for so long that we could not use it to file by 4/15.

This tax software is excellent. Very intuitive yet comprehensive. Continuous updates make it solid and current. My only complaint is that it does not let you e-file more than the included 5 returns. I am willing to pay for additional e-filings but I am not allowed.
