Love the product and have used it for years! One feature I couldn't find this year was being able to get a list of "My Forms" so I could open a particular form instead of roaming through the interview until I found the information I was looking for or printing the form in pdf format to see what it said.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this tax program for years. Each year the updates were ready around the first of February. This past year I had to keep waiting for a particular update that kept getting pushed back. I ended up purchasing TurboTax and filed my taxes that day. I wasted my money and a lot of time waiting for weeks to file because of this issue. I will use TurboTax free m now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
