There was times I had to access my file and it would take extra time to load or I would exit and access again start right up been using H&R. Block for like 10 years and this last year was the most problems

If you have rental property, the program will trick you into putting in the rental total twice. This caused us 6 years of hassle and high payments to IRS and state taxes before we realized the mistake of more was reported as income when it was truly half of that. This is a problem with the program and they haven’t fixed it yet.

Cons: Hard to prepare
