Does nearly everything that one needs to prepare

I've been using H&R software for years. It allows me to prepare my own taxes myself. There were areas that I got stuck on (too bad I don't recall the exact prob.) I did manage to get through it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The MN software had a problem with the long term care insurance. The area where you were to put in how much was put in Federal was grayed out. I called for help and the lady remotes in and it suddenly worked. I went back in later and it was no longer working we were not impressed! Also, after two returns we were informed we had maxed out the number of returns we could send using our software. I called the help support again and was told there was nothing they could do to help and we would have to pay. That’s why we bought the software in the first place In the past we have had no problems.
