used it since it was a single floppy. has grown over time. Interesting that some parts of programs are difficult to understand so IRS.GOV/instructional will answer many questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I could not file my taxes for weeks because they did not have the Annualized method schedule done. Yet it was available with turbo tax and also on the irs website. In addition for my amended return it could not file that electronically there was a glitch and they were not making it known when it would be fixed.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My parents bought this to file and offered it to me to file as well. Figured I would try to save money and use it instead of TurboTax. It was so slow going and not as intuitive as TurboTax. Did not allow import of W-2s from ADP, so dumb. Also, there were a lot of hidden fees if you are trying to use it for more than one person (although they advertise it as able to do multiple returns). Had to pay to e-file, had to pay for another state return. It literally makes you enter your credit card at each stage as you are trying to complete the filing. Not worth it.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this software since it first came out. I recommend it to friends and family to use it also. Very easy to use and understand. I would suggest to anyone to get this it really does help. I have never had a problem with the program.
