It is cheaper than a person doing your taxes for you, if you have to do small business or long form you need to know what categories to use for what expenses. If you have questions don't expect a person to help you, you are on your own to do your taxes.

Except a couple of items that need to be work out with third party linked accts, and some international forms. For an standard to medium complex filing it is a superb software to use.
