I’ve always used “the other guys” tax prep product but this time I decided to try H&R Block and I’m pleased with the results. The program walks the user through and it makes suggestions along the way so that the entire tax preparation exercise feels like having a tax expert in a chair next to mine.

I am baffled by the absolutely terrible experience I had filing my taxes with this software. How could you possibly allow such a complete disaster to occur the way it did? To have the servers completely down for nearly an entire day, on tax day? And then to not even offer a full refund on the software or even waive the filing fee? Insanity. You people are out of your minds.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
