Not happy about missing documents for EV credits

Your software asked me to wait 3 different times for updates to use the EV equipment tax credit form, BUT, in the end (3 months later), you could not provide that form and suggested I print and uae IRS form and file manually.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Difficult to correlate data entry with the actual tax return. Handling of rent/royalty income is barely functional. If you don't pay (a lot) more for E-filing the state return, the program doesn't print all the needed forms; even the ones that already exist in the Federal return. I've used the program for years, largely because it's basically 'the only game in town' and I got locked into it when I started doing my own taxes, but it's been an exercise in frustration every year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
