The clean vehicle credit "wasn't available" until mid-March, even though no other major tax company had this problem. Every update from ~February onward claimed it would be coming in the next update. I had to wait basically 6 extra weeks just for this form to become available, and support was completely useless. I will not be using HR block software ever again.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I completed my Federal return but was unable to start a state return. Had to use the help desk. They had me wipe off the download I had started with and download the latest version. Then everything worked very well. This is the 2nd time in 3 years I have had problems with the early downloads.
