Overall good software, but some of the help tips seemed to not work when preparing taxes. Also, there’s a bug with crypto transactions reported that requires you to manually change some checkboxes in the forms. And importing transactions from some brokerages isn’t possible.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I like that they promise to provide support after filing if necessary. I expected the software to be able to prepare my state tax return and for the second year I had to go online, download forms from the state and file manually.
