I have used the H&R Block software since 2000 after working for them for 4 years at the local office. Its easy to you. I do wish it had more free electronic filings available.

We used the Premium 2023 software and loved it. It saved me lots of time.
My only suggestion is that you offer a version that permits two state returns without paying an additional fee. When you line in Missouri and work in Arkansas, two state returns are needed. But the additional state return fee was more than half the cost of the software. Please add this capability!
Pros: Easy to prepare

Did not correctly pick up withholding for school district tax. Had to call for assistance and delete return then reenter several times. This was the first time I have used your Ohio program. Always used the Ohio on line program. Much easier than yours
