I’ve used the software for the last several years and have enjoyed it. However, the inability to file this past year on the last couple of days before the deadline caused unwanted stress and I will no longer be using this software.

tried to e-file on 4/14 and had to come back several times because of a message they were having difficulty communicating with the server...........it was on their end, not mine. Frustration was almost enough to go with a different company next year
