I’ve been using this for five years now. Just wish you could download and easily format and transfer files. I’m using an old laptop that contains all the older files and you can’t port them to a new laptop.

The product is great; however, the entire day of April 15th I was unable to file electronically. I had to print my return and mail a check before the post office closed. I always wait until the last day as I always owe money. Totally unacceptable. There were several comments about this problem on the internet when I was attempting to see what the issue was.

Worked great until we tried to file on April 14th, then it died and would not file Federal or State returns. Tried 15 times and it failed each time but it charged my credit card each time it failed. How much would you trust a product with that performance?

The HR Block mess up this year was chaos for us with personal work deadlines and having a printer without ink. 20% off for next year garbage apology doesn’t cut it and is insulting.
The software is clunky to begin with. I have to search TurboTax support forums for any complex questions. I’ve used HR block since 2007 or so. I’ll be looking for a change this year.
