I entered my credit card information to pay for the processing as well as payment of my taxes. My federal taxes have not been paid. What happened? I also received an additional bill from the state asking gor more money. I need help in paying my federal since I gave not been charged yet

I have been using this product since 2015 and it has usually been consistent and easy to use. This year, there was a bug that was never resolved in the use interface, but luckily the form information was correct. I spent too much time over several months with various levels of support. I was quite frustrated and considered switching to turbo tax. I hope next year's software does not have the bug and frustration.
