I love the program and have used it for many, many years. This year, I purchased the program in January, but I did not begin to do my taxes until March. When I logged in, I was billed again for the program and the discounts that were originally offered were not offered. I could not open the version I paid of when I logged in. I had to review my original download instructions and reload the program. Taxes when smoothly. Then last month I wanted to check my return, I had already sent it in and it was accepted by Feds and NJ. This time it brought me to the version that asked me to pay again, with a note that I had not finished my 2023 returns. What???? I had to delete my account, then start it up again from the original software. You guys have to fix this. Thank you.

We live in a school district that has students from three counties. I had a problem with the software not allowing me to choose the county. Plus the state return is getting audited. I do not have reson yet
