Everything worked except the Help function, I re-installed the software but it still didn't work. The software was able to connect to the Internet to obtain updates and E-file, but complained about no Internet for the Help function.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I've been using H&R Block for at least a decade. The only problem I've ever had was this year with the "Bad Gateway" issue.

I’ve used H&RBlock software for years, but I felt this year’s version was a little buggy. I still prefer it to others, but there were a couple of areas that just didn’t seem to work as expected. As a former sw developer, I may be a little picky!
