Worked great but I did have problem with the Cryptocurrency section....I only bought and transferred BitCoin as a payment twice and the software seemed confused even after importing transactions from Ca$hApp. Also, it could be a little easier to go back to areas that you have finished. Otherwise it is a great software for tax preparation.

Beware of trying to send your tax refund 24 hours before the deadline. The system went down and we were only able to submit the federal. We had to mail the state, which means our refund has been delayed. So frustrating!

I've used H&R software to prepare my taxes for about 10 years and it's always been good enough. This year there were numerous topics, especially in the CA return where the software was worse than useless. It said fill out xxx from with no guidance. There were also places it said to confirm some value on a form with no explanation of the source of the number and it wouldn't even let you change it! Finally charging extra for state e-file is lame and adding a state is almost the same cost as the software
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
