Very inadequate guidance on any non-routine difficulties. Very hard to jump from section to section and very hard to return to interview where it was left off if leave the standard progression of the program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has become more difficult to obtain and use over these many years. I was a tax cpa and tried the different programs back in the 1980s. Settle on H&R and been using it every tax season since.
