I’ve used tax cut for over 20 years. Each year you can depend on a great, consistent product and there are improvements made with each version. The only electronic tax program I would use.

I have been using this for years and always have the same issues. Some things are just never implemented completely and if you have a question about how to handle an ambiguous situation there is usually no relevant help available.

I bought this to use for our family returns. I have always used Turbo Tax before. Block's entry format has several issues from name fields that are too short to not being able to see the larger picture when entering something. For K-1 forms with a lot of line items, Block limits you to 3 which left me wondering what to do with the rest of the latter code items. It just does not compare to Turbo Tax in ease of use or complete data entry.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will continue to use it! However, the IRS would like for the electronically filed returns to more clearly identify Qualified Charitable Deductions that are subtracted from gross RMD’s to arrive at the taxable amount.
